Join us for an epic weekend packed with adventure, stunning landscapes, and diverse elopement-style content! We're bringing four full-day elopement setups to life - giving you the chance to capture dream-worthy images, network with other photographers, and experience the adventure for yourself.

Clark Fork Canyon River Rafting
The Vibe: Thrilling, untamed, and cinematic. A couple navigating their way down the canyon before landing on a secluded riverside for their vows.
*Half-day guided river trip included in retreat price!

Glamping + Badlands Ceremony
The Vibe: A mix of high-end luxury and raw desert beauty - bohemian elegance meets rugged adventure. Picture a candlelit canvas tent, golden light on the cliffs, and an intimate ceremony surround by layered red rock formations.

Horseback Riding + Mountain Picnic
The Vibe: Classic Western romance with an editorial twist. A couple riding together through the open range, big mountains in the distance. Ending the ride with a champagne toast and gourmet picnic.

Classic Backpacking Elopement
The Vibe: A mix of rugged adventure and intimate romance - think tent, hiking boots, and heatless curls. A sunset hike, cozy campfire cuddles, and an elopement in the wild!

End the weekend with the ability to use your storytelling imagery to inspire elopement couples to choose unforgettable adventure excursions!
Day 1
Features two unforgettable couples and experiences. The first couple embarks on a river rafting adventure in the Clark Fork Canyon, exchanging vows by the river. You will get a half-day guided tour included with your ticket!
Later, the second couple enjoys a luxe glamping experience in the Badlands, with an intimate ceremony framed by rugged red rocks and a golden sunset.
Day 2
Two more epic elopements on the second day! The first couple rides horseback through scenic trails, followed by a mountain picnic. A 90-minute guided tour is included with your ticket!
The second couple embraces a rugged backpacking elopement, exchanging vows high in the mountains, with s'mores to end the night.

Hi, I'm alisha owner of Grit & Grace collective
I'm a Wyoming local who loves sharing all my favorite hidden gems with anyone who will make the trek out here! I absolutely love the variety of the area I'm in:
Right at the entrance to Yellowstone with the incredible wildlife and unique geological features, untouched mountains all around and gorgeous Bandland hills to provide a mix of color and texture. I'm excited you're interested in joining me in my "backyard" for the weekend!
FAQ
Where should I fly into?
There are two airports in the area: Cody, WY (offers United service only) or Billings, MT
Where should I stay?
If you choose to book your own accommodations, I would suggest Cody, WY or Red Lodge, MT. Many of shoots will be scheduled between these two towns. They are about an hour apart.
Will transportation be included?
We can't fit everyone into our vehicle, but will be encouraging carpooling! A couple of the sites we will be shooting at have limited parking. We want to limit our impact on the area and other visitors.
What's included in the cost of the shoot?
Basic breakfast foods will be stocked at the Airbnb, along with a plethora of snacks. A sack lunch will be provided for both shooting days. Dinner will not be included, but the Airbnb has a full size kitchen & fridge. I'm happy to make local recommendations for restaurants if you'd rather!
How many photographers will be in each group?
A maximum of 8 photographers will be invited to attend each day of the shoot. We will split into rotating groups of 4 as to not overwhelm each other or our models!
What happens if the weather is unfavorable?
We are treating these shoots like true elopement days! While we'll do our best to document everything discussed above, we've got contingency plans
